Q: Do you have a brochure?  

A: No, because I specialise in bespoke designs. I prefer to work this way and not produce ranges.

Q: Do you have a minimum order quantity?

A: No! I don’t believe in minimum.


Q: Do you cater for Civil Partnerships?  

A: Yes I do! This is where bespoke designs are perfect for the job.  


Q: Will I receive a proof?

A: Yes! I send proofs for each stationery item I create. For some items this may be in the form of an electronic image. Printing and production of your order will not take place until all details have been checked and approved by you!


Q: I need to have my invitations in another language?


A: Not a problem! I can print other languages if supplied with copy at no extra cost. I can even do a split order! However, the accuracy and content should be checked and double checked! I do not hold any responsibility if the copy contains spelling errors or incorrect grammar/etiquette.


Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?  


A: That depends on your chosen design and quantity of items in your order. I will talk you through the process and how I work. I ensure that you get all of your items for each stage in plenty of time.


Q : Do I have to pay a deposit?


A: Yes, this will depend upon the size of the order. I will let you know how much this is once you have confirmed your order. This deposit is non refundable once I have ordered the items that make up your order.


Q: What are the delivery charges? 


A: This will depend on your order and how you would like it delivered. I will inform you of charges before you commit.

Q: Are there any other charges?

A: There maybe additional charges for artwork required for printers, however these will always be made clear before any stationery is ordered or created.


Q: Can I have the guest’s names printed on the invitations?

A: It will depend upon the method used to produce your invitations. In most cases yes this should be possible.
